What to Expect

A counselling session is fifty minutes long.

The room will be comfortable and private. Skype sessions may be arranged where appropriate.

The sessions will be on a one to one basis unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The initial assessment session is free of charge.

During the assessment session I will collect contact details from you and ask you about the issues which are important to you. You will be able to ask questions and assess whether you feel that you can work with me.

The agenda for the following sessions will be yours.

Most counselling is conducted by talking but some people find that they can express themselves better by more creative methods, perhaps drawing or writing but this is very much up to the individual.

You will pay at the end of each session.
