What to Expect

A counselling session is fifty minutes long.

My practice room is comfortable and private. I also offer counselling on line where appropriate.

The sessions will be on a one to one basis unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please feel free to contact me by email or phone to book a consultation/assessment

During the consultation/assessment session I will collect contact details from you and ask you about the issues which are important to you. You will be able to ask questions and assess whether you feel that you can work with me.

The agenda for the following sessions will be yours.

Most counselling is conducted by talking but some people find that they can express themselves better by more creative methods, perhaps drawing or writing but this is very much up to the individual.

Fees will be due on the day of each session.
